My many years of representing both businesses and individuals in employment matters gives me the expertise to understand and address these issues from either perspective.
For Employers: I have long represented local businesses, law firms and national and international corporations on a variety of litigated and non-litigated employment matters, including employment, confidentiality, trade secret, non-competition and termination agreements.
For Employees: I have also represented a variety of individuals negotiating employment and termination agreements with employer consulting firms, law firms and trade associations, including addressing pertinent tax planning, non-competition, confidentiality and non-disparagement issues and provisions.
